We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

UntangleTools provides free, browser-based tools — currently a Unit Converter (length, mass, temperature, volume, area, time), AI Token Counter, Text Tools, Color Converter, and Grade/GPA Calculators, with a Currency Converter, Font Preview Studio and Visual Algorithm Explorer in development.

No account is required. All calculations run client-side — no input data is sent to our servers.

Conversion factors are sourced from SI, BIPM and NIST standards. However, floating-point precision limits and regional unit definitions may cause minor discrepancies.

For safety-critical applications (medical, engineering, financial) — always verify against a primary authoritative source.

You may use UntangleTools freely for personal, educational and professional purposes. You agree not to:

• Scrape or bot the Service in a way that degrades performance.
• Attempt unauthorised access to our infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Misrepresent our tools, design or code as your own.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Service.

All code, design, branding and content are the intellectual property of UntangleTools. Personal, non-commercial use (sharing links, bookmarking) is welcome — reproducing our tools or content as your own is not.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for errors in results, downtime, data loss, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

To keep our tools free for everyone, UntangleTools may display advertisements served by third-party networks, including Google AdSense. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• Third-party ad networks may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites.
• We do not control the content of third-party advertisements and are not responsible for them.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Together with our Privacy Policy, these Terms form the entire agreement between you and UntangleTools.
